Question Help me choose a motherboard ?

Hi everyone and also thank the time to give me some advice

So i am a grapich desinger and i have been using a laptop for years and i will building my first rig, and i have been contemplating on which these two motherboards to go with.

Asus ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi AM5 or Asus ROG Strix B650E-I Gaming WiFi AM5​

I had my heart set on the B650E-F but then i saw an ITX build and fell in love with as well because i don't have much space in my room, and an ITX would be a good choice as well. While looking at both boards i noticed that both board VRMS are different. The B650E-F is 12 + 2 power stages and the B650E-I is 10 + 2 power stages. Does the 2 units more make a huge difference if were to go with an Itx build instead? I want a board that can i use for a longer period of time and that i can updgrade in the future. Just been super confused!!!!

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
Kingston NV2 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2
Sapphire NITRO+ RX 7900 XTX

IMHO, I wouldn't invest on the B650E chipset, you can get away with the B650 chipset and perhaps look at the MSI B650I Edge WiFi board. As for your rams, you might want to look at rams that have AMD's E.X.P.O on them, are DDR5-6000MHz at the very least and look at tighter timings.

Hi thank you for the reply So i checked with and they have this Ram G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 64GB 32Gx2 DDR5 6000MHz F5-6000J3636F32GX2-TZ5RK Desktop Memory. They are exop ram Ah okay, so i will not go with the B650 chip set. The Gigabyte X670 Aorus Elite AX is the other motherboard in my price range as well. What do you think of this board instead?

B650 MBs typically have VRM up to 180W and 7950 can push 210W+ and over 300 (electrical)W when pushed.
