My system specs are: ryzen 5 2600, gtx 1650 super, 16gb ram, MS 450W PSU

Here are affordable options i found:
1. CORSAIR CX450Mm 450w- 60$
2. LCPOWER Silent Giant LC6650GP3 V2.3 650W- 30$
3. EVGE 450W BR 80+ BRONZE- 60$
4. CORSAIR VS650 650W 80 Plus White
5. EVGA 600W 80+ 12cm- 65$

Are any of these good?

What is the absolute maximum you can spend?

That video card doesn't need much power; a good 550 watt PSU should be fine.

Based on what?

Corsair CX450M is best, EVGA BR 450w 2nd best. The other 3 are group regulated and not sufficient for any GPU that needs additional power.

I did a white build and got the corsair 750w 80 plus white, I have had no complaints, completely silent, capacitors are high quality, costed me like 70$ to since it was on sale.
