Question Help me choose from these 3 cards

I'd like to help my brother to choose a graphics card from these 3.

His specs are
-i5 6500
-8gb 2400 ddr4
-Cooler Master 600W psu

The cards in question are:
Gigabyte GV-N1060WF2OC-3GD 273 usd
Gigabyte GV-RX580GAMING-4GD 273 usd
MSI RX 570 ARMOR 8G OC 210 usd

I also voted for this for obvious reason.
The only thing that scares me a bit that I've read the power consumption is really high. Is that psu enough? For comparison my rx 570 consumes around 100-125 w and I have an 500w psu.

None taken. Newegg has the gigabyte 1660(non ti) listed for $219.99usd currently.

You could consider a used GPU like a vega.
