So, I have an old PC, which I use at my summer house. It has:

CPU: i7-2600,
GPU: GTX 1050Ti,
RAM: 2x4gb 1333Mhz DDR3 G.Skill,
Case: Deepcool D-Shield V2,
SSD: 240GB MX500,
HDD: 1TB 7200RPM,
PSU: Cooler Master V750 Gold V2,
MB: Intel DH61WW

I have already bought a used ram kit for a good price. It is Kingston Fury 2x8GB 3000Mhz CL15 ( 3 more years of warranty )
I am also planning right now on buying a new case, CPU cooler and some fans :

Case : Deepcool MACUBE 110 ( It is cheap and looks really good, even though it doesn't have front mesh. I am not planning on getting an i9-9900K in it, so I don't think that temperatures will be a problem )
Fans : Arctic P12 PWM PST 5x kit ( It costs just 28Euros )
CPU Cooler : Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo

All of this would cost me about 135Euros. Maybe there are better alternatives?

The next thing, that I would have to upgrade is CPU and MB, because they are both really old and need replacing.

I was thinking about getting the cheapest 8-9th gen motherboard I can find used and something like an i5-9400 or 9500. Though I cannot find a used 9500, instead there is only 9500T's everywhere. Are they good for gaming? I know they use a lot less power, but are they any good?
I have found a used B365M Aorus Elite. Should I take it for 70Euros?

Everything would cost me about 280Euros. My maximum budget is 300Euros. Should I change something?

Solution
What about the 9500T? Is it bad? It is 20Euros cheaper than the 9400F.

Edit: And what about the other setup? Is there anything, that I should change, for example the case or a cooler? Should I take that motherboard?
9400F and as for the entire price it's a decent deal. The other alternative would be a Ryzen 5600 + B550 board.
Is this primarily a gaming PC?

If yes, what games at what settings?

Is the RAM you bought DDR 3 or DDR 4?

If DDR 4, it still may or may not work with a new motherboard.

Better to decide on the board before you invest in RAM.

How long have you been using that Cooler Master power supply?

Used parts always carry their own risk.

Yes, I will be gaming mostly and watching youtube. I would be playing Medium to High settings at 1080p, though I will not upgrade the GPU, since electricity costs a lot here and 1050Ti is quite an efficient card. The RAM is DDR4. I have completely forgot, that it might now work with some motherboards, though the one I have ( ASUS Prime B450M-A ) at home works with the RAM.
I have been using the PSU for about a year. I bought it last summer new.
