Hi! I currently build a PC with the following specs:
Processor: AMD A10-7800
RAM: 8GB 1600mHz
GPU: Currently using the onboard from the processor (R7 Series)

I want to be able to play the new-gen games, like AC:Unity and Far Cry 4, so as other titles coming.

Can you please choose, from the following list, the better one?:

Asus Geforce GT730 2GB DDR3

ASUS AMD R7240 2gb Ddr3 D-Sub Hdmi

MSI Radeon R7 250 OC 2GB DDR3

GIGABYTE Nvidia GT730 2GB DDR3

GIGABYTE Amd R7 240 Oc 2gb Ddr3 Dvi

Asus R7 250 1GB DDR5

MSI orce GT 740 2GB DDR3

Asus Geforce GT730 4GB DDR3

MSI Geforce GT 740 2GB DDR5

What is the screen resolution, settings, and target FPS?

None of the above. You already have an entry level gaming GPU on board your CPU. The majority of your choices are slower then what you have and those that aren't would be minor improvements.

Those games honestly require quite a bit more then your system can really handle. At low resolutions like 1366x768 or 1280x720 you might be able to run some of those titles and upcoming titles at reasonable frame rates. Fastest APU series out there, but just not really a powerful CPU either. It also falls right in the mid-range. (7850k and 7870k are quite comparable to the PS4 and XBoxOne without the optimization)

If you intend gaming on the PC in the future, you should consider replacing everything. Minimum I would recommend as a an upgrade would be the GTX750Ti or GTX950 or AMD R9-370, otherwise you just aren't spending enough for a significant GPU performance increase.

Crossfire is somewhat finicky depending on the game engine, and Hybrid crossfire is stranger. Tried with my old e350 and it made almost no difference in overall frames. The different memory speeds just cause latency issues and stuttering that make the overall experience less fluid.
