R5 3600+arctic34 duo/MPG x570 gaming edge/ Rtx2060 windforce oc 2.0

currently between (F4-3600C16D-32GVKC) Ripjaws v @88 euro

and (F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC) Trident z neo @104euro

both 32gb, dual rank/channel(i believe) and 16-19-19-39

Is there anything other than the RGB im paying for that would rationalize going for the neo over the ripjaws?

Will upgrade to the likes of 5700x3d or so by the end of the year, and id like to know which of these two you've heard less about not working in qvl verified systems.

Thanks

Trident Z Neo is AMD optimized ram, but I doubt you will see much difference between the two, especially with a 5700x3d.
what exactly does that mean? that the xmps are certified to work with 3000s and 5000s?

Its such a bummer g.skill wont let you buy neos or even plain trident z without rgb, The only other "choice" i have is a plain trident z @cl17 (F4-3600C17D-32GTZ) which costs 15-20 more than the Neo i posted (im using a local alternative of amazon, so options are limited but shipping is minimal)

The sub timings you don't see are more optimized for Ryzen, vs Intel. The ripjaws are fine. I used 3200mhz ripjaws on multiple ryzen systems, even with 1st gen ryzen that was quite ram picky, without issue. I highly doubt you will have any issues with the 3600 version, with your board. Looking at PCPP, there are quite a few AM4 builds using it.

Should not be an issue im seeing only 5000s nowadays on pcpp i guess

although i should note my original buy was KHX3000C15D4/8GX, supposedly best match for r5 3600 at time of purchase (2019 summer-fall) and those things never ran at 3k, ran at 2666 for most of its lifetime and recently i started getting frequent memory bsods(ran mdsched, finds problems instantly), even at 2444 but less(values manually checked as well). CPU is on stock going up to 4.1 and it usually stays around there most of the time. Its the ram thats faulty right?

Thanks for the information
