After searching for the best 27 inch monitor for the money, I have narrowed my search to 2 Monitors
http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-S27D390H-27-Inch-Screen-Monitor/dp/B00IEZGY2Q
http://www.amazon.com/BenQ-GW2760HS-27-Inch-LED-Lit-Monitor/dp/B00ITORMDC
http://www.samsung.com/levant/consumer/computers-peripherals/monitors/led-monitor/LS27D390HS/ZN
http://www.benq.com/product/monitor/GW2760HS/specs/

Pros of BenQ monitor
Cheaper
more video Inputs but I only have a PC as of this moment
can be wall mounted
Built in speakers but I don't need those because I have much better speaker system
higher contrast 3000:1 vs 1000:1
better response time 4ms vs 5ms

Pros of Samsung
Newer
better looking
less power consumption

Pls

It seems like BenQ is better but There are some confusing things such as the Special Features I don't know which ones are marketing hype and which one are significant .

You listed all the pros and cons, that you found, for both of them. Is it that hard to know which ones matter the most to you? Personally I'd get the BenQ, but if you want a Gaming monitor I wouldn't pick any.... I'd look for a 2/1 ms response time first of all.

I have also found this monitor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824014378
which has better response time 2ms vs 4ms
but its TN vs VA and has worse contrast ratio 3000:1 vs 1000:1
is 2ms difference worth sacrificing the better panel and better contrast ?
I don't play a lot of FPS and want the monitor for watching films and playing games

Now that you specified what you really wanted, no, go ahead and sacrifice the response time for quality. Again, my choice would be the BenQ (they make good quality products for good prices) based off my experience with the brand and overall stats of the monitor.

I am going to upgrade my gpu In few months to GTX 970 , just waiting for the price to drop a bit after the VRAM controversy. unfortunately There are no monitors with gsync around $200

At this point, I'd also wait for the new R9 3XX series release from AMD. They might be something worthwhile, and will definitely be the greatest factor on GTX cards price drops.
