Question (HELP ME!) Computer freezes after awhile

Recently (about 3 days ago) my computer's SSD will fill up and after awhile my whole system freezes and i have to force restart from my Case's power button

That is what happens when you fill up the storage device that Windows are installed into. You need to remove unnecessary files to get more space.

yea i have 30 gigs free in my 256gb ssd

Do you mean you just cleared it and have 30gb free? How much RAM does your system have?

yea i recently cleared it and i have 16 gb of ram

Why do you want to clone your SSD to HDD. Simply transfer unused or less important data to HDD. That will clear up space on your SSD.

there is now 70 gb of free space but after around 15 mins windows will stop responding

Windows stop responding can indicate that a storage device doesn't responding.

Can you post s.m.a.r.t. data for your ssd? (some tool show hex values, shange settings to decimal numbers for easier reading).
You can use CrystaldiskInfo for that.
