Help Me Decide On A Cheap Tablet

Help I am trying to buy a tablet replacement for my mom. Though, I am very low on cash. Though, she needs a replacement right away. I found those three Chinese brands (I guess) which I have not heard of before:

Innjoo F5 Pro
Tichips T708
GTAB P718

They have amazing specs. I also found a cheap Alcatel Pixi 4 tablet but it has lower specs than the three above tablets. What do you think I should buy? I only need a tablet that will work for at least a year and allow her to browse and watch youtube plus make some video skype calls. After one year I will get her a better tablet. So, in other words, I want to get her something that she can use for one year without her suffering using it. After one year, that tablet will be replaced.

There is no way to know how long those things last, the cheap tables have a high failure rate.
