Help me figure out the temperatures

Hello i have a
gigabyte ga970a-ud3p motherboard ,
fx-8350 and a
212 hyper evo cooler
these are my temps at 4.6 overclock one of the temps on the motherboard (temp3) is always running the highest on any sort of overclock i attempt on this setup could anyone tell me if this temp is safe and also what is it thanks.

As long as there is airflow in the case I assume all will be fine. The temps on the motherboard are the Phases (I Could be wrong) which heats up with overclocking as it has to deliver more current.

That's his VRMs hes fine.

From what I've read around 125C is the Rated temp.
Though honestly if you can improve airflow in the case it'll be better for the longevity.
