RYZEN 5 1600 3.2 GHZ

RAM 16 GB DDR4

MOTHERBOARD B350 MSI GAMING PRO

GPU RTX 3080 10 EVGA

PSU 850 WATT CORSAIR RX850

3 STORAGE ALL SSD

1 MONITOR 27 INCH XIAOMI 165 HZ IPS

1 LED TV 19 INCH SAMSUNG

my budget around 700$ my plan is to buy this component :
PROCESSOR AMD RYZEN 5 7600X 4.7GHz
MOTHERBOARD ASROCK B650M PRO RS
Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000 Mhz 32GB CL30

is it good ? or i need to upgrade my CPU more ? like 7800x3d ? in my country the price for ryzen 7800x3d is 430 $-460$ usd.

Not that 7600x wouldn't do the job but for pure gaming 7800x3D would be best choice if you can swing it in the budget, until 9800x3d (which is just slightly better) it was king of gaming.
The rest looks fine, just make sure RAM is 2*16GB.

do you agree that amd is a great choice for upgrade ?

the thing is, i want to save a little money to another thing like SSD 1 TB 990 pro samsung , what is your opinion if i use the rest of the budget money to buy 7600 and SSD 990 pro TB samsung (the price is 100$ usd).

If your budget allows it and you are building a set specifically for gaming, get the 7800x3d. This is one of the best gaming processors available today and will be good for years to come. It will also easily handle a newer and more powerful graphics card if you decide to upgrade your 3080 in some time. The 7600x is also a good processor to start playing with AM5, if it starts to lack performance in some time, then you can change it to the 7800x3d or 9800x3d. I recently faced a dilemma: Upgrade my AM4 system from 5600 to 5700x3d or a used 5800x3d or go AM5 with the 7600x. Used 5800x3ds cost more than 7600x and not much less than a new 7800x3d. I thought about it for a few weeks, during which time I saved up money for the 7800x3d. For the first 2-3 days I was wondering if I did the right thing, but now I don't regret a penny spent on AM5 and 7800x3d

Well considering you already have (probably SATA) SSDs, even much faster SSD wouldn't do much for game or overall performance, maybe faster loads, you can wait for it and get better effect with CPU.

so i look up 14700kf is cheaper 100$ usd than 7800x3d, the price is enough to buy now,

Intel had bad, bad problems with 13th and 14th generations, if that's used one no telling in which shape it is and you wouldn't have warranty for it.

While it's true that for pure gaming the 9800X3D is "just slightly" better, for production tasks it's actually much better than the 7800X3D since AMD managed to solve the overheating problem caused by the extra v-cache die.

Since then, Intel has found the root cause of the failure and has issued bios and firmware updates to correct it.
If you buy 13/14th gen intel new from an authorized seller, you get extra 2 years warranty.
14700K would not bother me.
The X3d amd variants are very good gaming processors.
That is because a huge cache can be applied to the master gaming thread which is most important.
The down side is that other types of activities run better on the base processor like the 7800X
However you look at it you will get a good bump in performance with any of the processors that have been discussed.
To get some idea, run the cpu-z bench on your r5-1600 and look at the single thread performance rating.
You should get a score like 412:

OK so long as bios is updated AND you do not attempt to overclock.
Overclocking modern chips is largely fruitless anyway.
Chips are binned and the better chips are used in stronger processors like the 14900K.
Gamers usually do better by allowing the turbo mechanism to work.
Turbo increases the performance of a couple of cores at the expense of the rest.
Performance for the single master thread is what gamers need.
Multiplayer with many participants might be the exception.
This applies both to current Intel and AMD processors,
