1. What is your budget?

MYR 3000 / $700 (I don't mind spending more for the better but not more from this budget)

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?

13inch / 15inch

3. What screen resolution do you want?

1080p or more


4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

Yes


5. How much battery life do you need?

5 Hours or more for light web browsing and anime. (4 hours is acceptable)

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

Any E-Sport titles like (CSGO, LOL, DOTA), VRChat, and Osu. (Low in everything for better FPS)

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

Any Adobe pro suite apps(AI and Photoshop), SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Filmora.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?

240GB or more. More prefer M.2 SSD or 2.5 SSD (I don't care about storage if I can upgrade it later)

No need.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.

I'm not loyal to any brand or dislike any brands. A good laptop is a good product and buys it anyways.
I'm looking at Lenovo IdeaPad 5 (15), Acer Aspire 5, Acer Swift 3, HP Envy 13, Huawei Matebook D15, Asus ROG, Asus Vivobook. (If there is an old model or different model that I said then it fine.)


13. What country do you live in?

Malaysia

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.

A room for me to upgrade or swap components. (Like wifi card.)
Performance > Build quality > Battery life
I don't mind refurbs/used as long as the battery is an easy replacement.
Weight and thinness are not an issue.
Well reviewed laptop
is awesome for me to make research on.
Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 (Good thermal)
8GB Ram in dual channel config (I don't mind add ram later by myself)
MX150 (or newer model) or whatever Vega graphics that good.
Good enough battery life for web browsers and anime.
Good enough display (If the laptop has a bad screen I wouldn't mind swapping it with a better one.)

With you being OK to buy used laptops you are only limited to what is available in your country. A good cheaper gaming laptop should have a 1050 Ti or a 1650 video card in it, start there and you will narrow your search to some models you can look closer at for other specs. For your budget used you can go up a level or maybe even two to a 1060 or 1070 level depending on the age and seller.
