Help me find what model my gpu is?

So i checked device manager and at the ccc and all it says is amd r7 200 series but not anything specific.Is there another way to find it? Thanks for any help!!!(ps i know the brand is sapphire)

well, if you install MSI afterburner it should tell you. can we have a picture of it that might help as well. I assume you do not have a box that it came in?

This or GPU-Z either will tell you what you need.

It's an aftermarket card, usually there is a sticker on the pcb.

Well i used them and it still says r7 200 series.The thing is i want to play watch_dogs but a get a blue screen and from what i've seen in the internet i have to install the latest drivers for my gpu so can i just go to amd"s site and just download the latest drivers for the 200 series?
