Hi guys, I have the following setup:

Phenom x4 965 RB-C3 125w
Asrock 970 pro 3
Coolermaster hyper 212x
2x4gb Kingston ddr 1333 value
Corsair CX 600
Nvidia GTX 760

I want to get the best overclock i can, if possible 4ghz minimum to be happy.
The last part I bought was the 212x, before that I was getting a stable oc of 3.8ghz (200x19 1.46v) using stock cooler, but the temps on load were a bit high (60-65°c). So I bought the 212x believing that I could achieve the 4ghz mark easily. But no.
All the speed dropping options on Bios are off (cool´n quiet etc)

I did a few tries, but none successful to past the 3.8 mark. Help me to get the best of I can of this machine, mainly to not bottleneck my gtx760.

I have a cheap case, i have to let it opened to the 212x fit, but i tried the best to cable manage it.

I put the links here of a few pics of my Bios settings and case to get it easier where I can handle it better. Thanks.

I tried now 4ghz 200x20 vcore 1.55 (maximum possible on bios) but this mobo has a big vdrop. On CPUZ it shows the vcore oscilating 1.49-1.52 and i got prime running 9mins before error, the cpu temp on Aida64 was 51 degrees at error time.

In Bios i let Memory DDR800 1.6v timmings auto, NB 2000 HT 2000 default voltages... is there anything i can do here? I really dont understand much what to do here in these frequencies.

Can the mobo be limiting my over? I just bought it 🙁 Please need some help here

This is the last stable config i got...anything i go further i get blue screen:
