so i have the corsair h100i and i just got it but i dont know what cooling to put in it. please help.

I comes with coolant pre-installed. You are good to install it.

Yup, the H100i comes prefilled. Just follow the guide included with the cooler, and you should be good to go.

The H100i is a CLC, a Closed Loop Cooler, you will not need coolant, as it is a sealed system. It's plug-n-play.
