Being in an Apple PC most probably some proprietary connector but of size and format for laptops and GPUs. Looking at it on pictures it says it's 3pin but has 4 wires like PWM fans.

Well, I also have this kind of connector on my rtx 2080 FE cooling fan I just bought from AliExpress, manufactured by AVC. The original apple fan is made by them also have this connector

Depends on what you are going to use it on/as, I would first check connections. Description says 3 pin while it has a 4 pin. It may look same and have same size, wiring could be different from standard. Similar situation with other OEM manufacturers like Dell. Lenovo, HP.
