Question Help me install Cooler Master SI2 120mm Fan?

I bought a Cooler Master 120mm S12 4 in 1 Value Pack. They come with screws. But the problem is that the fan has only plain hole. The hole goes from one end to other end. And also the case ( Corsair Carbide 100R ) have holes smaller than the screws in the front. I don't even have the slightest idea how to install the fan. Please help.

According to the manual you need to use the long screws provided by Corsair in order to mount the front fan. You then screw the screw into the case through the hole in the fan, it will not thread into the fan itself.

If the screw won't screw into the fan then what keeps the fan intact? I tried using the long screws but when I pull the fan it comes out just like that.
