Question Help me mobo choose

Hello. I have an r5 1600x and an gtx 970 and i need to buy a motherboard . I don't know what to choose between a new Msi a320 pro-e or a refurbished Asrock AB350 Pro4 (mobo is refurbished by manufacuturer and resold with 1 year warranty). Both of them have like the same price (around 50$) . Tell me , what i should choose and why. Sorry for my spelling mistakes.

If those are your only options, the B350.
