You should be fine. The motherboard comes with 2 SATA cables and the case should come with all the standoffs and screws you'll need. The Newegg pictures show what accessories are included:
And generally OCZ is regarded as better quality than GSkill in the computer community. Also, if you pay $10 for speakers they'll sound like $10. I'd suggest some better (and more powerful) speakers for a much-improved gaming experience (having bought junk 4W speakers myself before).
I guess i'll get these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836113013
there still very cheap, but i don't need amazing sound quality for my computer and i hardly ever turn up the volume to the point where i will hear the crudeness of the sound quality

all righty then, time to do the math on this mess... hehey! not quite perfect, but still very good. only 19 bucks over the 800 budget i was aiming for. thank you so much
One last thing to consider - I, personally, don't really trust Hitachi hard drives. The price is very low for a 1TB drive, but you might want to consider a HD with a proven reliability track record like the WD6401AALS if you don't NEED 1TB of storage.

The extra $20 is worth it IMO. The WD Black drives have a 5 year warranty, while the Hitachi drive is 3 years. The Hitachi drive also seems to have a fairly high DOA rate.
so will that motherboard possibly bog down the rest of my system?
I would like one with 2 pci express 2.0 slots just incase so all i have to do is replace the power supply rather than the PSU and Motherboard? but that is not priority.
"...during our test session, we didn’t reveal any serious issues that could give anyone the reason to underestimate Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P. Especially, since it performs and overclocks just as good as Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P, for instance, that belongs to a much higher price range."
I don't see any reason to change the motherboard. You have a good system lined up. You don't need to keep second-guessing the components. Just pull the trigger.
