I'm looking at these 2 but its hard to get info about them, most is in Chinese, or some sort of Asian language anyways. Both panels look like they are being made at the same place. RoHS. Which leaves things like 1 having a backlight switch but that doesn't help me decide which is better. Both are almost identical in price. So I'm hoping one of you has some experience with either brands. If not can you recommend a 5 inch panel in the same price range? I don't care about touch control. I just want the best screen for a PC sensor panel.

"RoHS" is NOT a manufacturer, but rather a certification from manufacturer that the product is lead-free.

"Best", "cheap", "resistive" - you ask way too much. It al depends what you will be using this for. "Resistive" means that input will be mostly stylus, not touch.
