[SOLVED] Help me pick my parts

I would like to build a budget PC from used parts. Which parts should I buy used off ebay that are compatible with the 770? I would like to play GTA 5 on decent graphics and FPS.

1080p and the budget is as low as possible while still being able to play GTA but less than 200 would be great

Then get a used 4770K system from ebay and replace the PSU with a good 550W PSU like a CX550.
