help me please i dont know whats wrong.

i launched csgo and encountered a freeze i close the game and then after when i reopen the game my screen goes wierd i cant describe it heres a video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wyw-tgsLQjo
after i try to go on a different game and it will do the same thing with the screen.
it does not do it on youtube or google only ingame and to fix i must restart my pc.
Also this pc is only around 3 or 4 weeks old if that helps.

turn the pc off....make sure the gpu fan is working and moving. make sure the card seated. power up windows and go into safe mode and remove the video drivers. then reboot and download and install the newest video driver see if it changes.

I can't look at your video, but if I had to take a shot in the dark, I would imagine there is some issue with the GPU. If you have screen tearing, colors slashing through your display etc, I would point my finger at that. When my GPU when belly up, I was getting displays every few days that would make a rainbow think he was tripping hard on drugs. Can you get things working with the onboard display?

Looks to be something wrong with the GPU, most likely driver problems.
