Question Help me please just got my parts assembles and im getting Q code 41

system spec
asus strix x570-e
i7-10700k
8gb corsair vengens
rtx3070
m.2 x2 200gb and 1tb
and 2tb hhd
got use mobo and cpu assemble it all did cosmos reset all ready
power to fans and stuff and mobo and no display nothing and shows Q code 41 ive tried ram in 2nd and 4th slot still same things
not sure i google q code havent found anything figured id try here before taking it to the gaming shop for repair hopefully
