help me please

hello
today after deciding to just reinstall my windows 7 i have run into a problem....
after i installed my mobo drivers i was required to restart my pc.the mouse and keyboard worked in the bios but when i got to the login screen they both just turned off and i cant type my password... i tried diff usb hole and restarted the pc like 3 times.

i have a msi z97 gaming 5 mobo
i5 4960k
razer abysus mouse
razer deathstalker kb

Try booting into safemode. If the keyboard works in bios, it may work in safemode then you can try to disable your password from there and then restart into windows. Sounds like once your 'puter needs to finish installing the drivers first. Just a hunch....

yeah, so i managed to go into safe mode and remove the pass but now when i turn it on its on with the mouse and keyboard just not working... idk what to do.omg

Make sure you are not plugging into usb 3.0 and using regular usb 2.0. After that, I'm at a loss. Maybe try a different keyboard and mouse if you have them and try to download updated drivers for it. So, the mouse and keyboard worked fine in safemode?

Plug the mouse and keyboard into the USB 2.0 ports (black, not blue). Windows 7 doesn't support USB 3.0 out of the box. Also, in BIOS, make sure that legacy mode is enabled for the USB ports.
