i Just change my pc case today because my 7900 xtx cannot fit my previous case.somehow i was shocked because when playing games with 7900 xtx the moment when i touch the new case glass it is very hot like burning,i was so confused and scared that i dont want to play the games but somehow i record that my gpu temperature is 75 degree and hotspot is in 95 degree.my previous rtx 4070 super with the previous case get 81 temp(not hotspot) in most game and when i touch it that not too hot

What video card did you have the new card is probably putting off a lot more heat.
Not enough airflow in the case and/or inadequate cooler can cause that.

List all your parts including the case and CPU cooler.

when i touch the new case glass it is very hot
The TL;DR: It's physics. Glass insulates heat energy, and a 7900 XTX uses more power than a 4070 Super.

The gpu's finstack is pointing at the sides. Waste heat is blowing out towards the sides of the case. The glass panel is consistently being hit with heat energy from the gpu and absorbing some of it. The more energy it absorbs - in watts - the hotter it gets.

You can vertically mount the gpu(if the case supports the option), get a case with a steel panel instead, or simply not worry about it and don't touch the case during play.

It is still safe if the glass too hot?

The glass is far from being 'too hot'. To even make glass takes several hundreds of degrees, and the tolerance to heat is similar.
What is a problem is that glass doesn't handle rapid temperature changes well, which doesn't occur in normal cases.
It is safe for my component gpu?
