Help me reformat my HDD

I just "zero fill Full Erase" my hard drive today using Seagate Tools for Dos, and then i created a bootable usb using a YUMI software. And then when I boot it to my PC i cant find an option to boot it, it is just only saying GRUB4DOS, or "Minimal bash like line editing is supported and i'm stuck with that because i just permanently deleted all my files including my OS using seagate tools for dos option to full erase it. I dont know how can i put an OS to my pc now. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Create OS installation media, boot from it and install OS.
You probably did something wrong with YUMI. Try Rufus instead.

How to create an OS installation media? is it the same when creating bootable usb and you just need windows disk image (iso file) and a bootable software.
PS : I'm getting a windows 10 pro os instead

HEY luckily i successfully booted my windows 10 but it says that Load [strike]drier[/strike] Driver, it cannot identify the partition where the OS can be installed. IS MY HARD DRIE FAILING NOW OR FAULTY? CAUSE IT CANNOT DETECT AND PARTITION SO THAT THE OS CAN BE INSTALLED ON/
PPS: NEED HELP ASAP!!!

Then load the driver. Usually can be found on motherboard manufacturer support web site.

Can you list your pc specs?
