Help me to Assemble a New CPU for My Work

Hello Everyone here. I m new to this forum & i need help from u member's to make me a gud configured cpu for my work. I work on computerised servicing on mobile phones.So At a time i connect 7-8 mobiles and 10 to 12 hardware devices used to repair mobiles..so total 20hardware devices are connected and nearly 15-18programs are to be run on cpu..
I want windows xp sp3 supported motherboard (must) and processor
Intel i7 processor
Corsair how much gb ram?
And do i need graphic card to work faster to run programs faster?
Help me..i m confused.

Actually i want the fastest cpu for my work with windows xp sp3 operating system.
Windows xp sp3 supporting is very important to me.

Because all my programs works perfectly only on windows xp sp3 and only few programs works on vista and windows 7/8..

i7-4770k processor
SMPS
HARD DISK
DDR3 RAM
CABINET
i didn't buyed motherboard yet
so please help me to buy a motherboard which supports windows xp sp3
(i7-4770k has LGA1150 SOCKET)
Mother board Budget is 6000rs-8000rs (Indian rupees)
