PCMonitors gave the Benq much a higher rating of 82 vs 76 for the Asus.

But they recommend the Dell S2417DG:

It is worth noting, that they also recommend the 27" version of the Dell just as highly and it is slightly cheaper.
The viewsonic is also highly rated: ViewSonic XG2401 and cheaper. It is free sync, not g-sync.

Also before you jump in to a high res or high refresh monitor, have you considered what your video card is capable of? It won't push 144fps to match a 144hz monitor in any game with half-decent graphics.

I cant afford these monitors I dont think i will be able to reach 144 mhz with 1050ti

So I googled those monitors and was lead to reviews of similarly name but more expensive monitors on pcmonitors.info. I missed that sorry.
Between the two you are looking at I prefer the Asus. If you can wait a little bit and afford $200, I have a better monitor for you.
https://www.amazon.com/Philips-276E6ADSS-27-Inch-Technology-1080Resolution/dp/B01BMB3FCK/
This is a 27" Quantum Dot backlit monitor with out PWM and with low-bluelight emissions. My son had a concussion from football, so I did a lot of research on what monitors are good for the eyes and this was the only on below $300. If you wait a few days it will be $200 again on Amazon. It is $200 every other week or two. As soon as they get another lot of $200, they sell out and the price jumps to $250 temporarily. The downside is that this monitor is 60hz, but honestly that pairs well with your system.

Thank you for giving me such information but the monitor that you linked is 5 ms and im playing games only.

My son also is a 90-95% gamer and 5-10% image edit or homework. He loves it for game play. If gaming is more important than your eyeballs, get the Asus. It is 75hz, lower than typical blue light emissions and not a bad monitor.
