You're welcome to try a GPU like the Geforce 660 on your current power supply, but if it goes out, it could take your entire computer with it.
I'm gonna assume the budget is low. I'd upgrade that GPU first. But I'm not sure how much power your PSU outputs. What is your PSU? Upgrading the GPU is the most important thing you can do to improve gaming. The cpu is ok, and more RAM would be nice but the GPU needs upgrading.

That's what i'm asking, what GPU will suit my system!!

There is nothing you can buy new that is worth it for that kinda money.
Look for a second hand GTX 660. If you find one in your budget, you're good to go.
If not, try a 650.

EDIT: But i would persist until you find a GTX 660. There should be one in that range, and it will serve you splendidly at that resolution.

That would be vastly inferiour to whatever OP can get his hands on second hand for that money.

True that. But lets admit, second hand is not a very viable option, unless it comes with some kind of warranty and you run all benchmarks before purchasing.
That too, in India you are not likely to get a decent used GPU, which is guaranteed to last a while.
Nehru Place in Delhi is a good place to search though, but I am not sure if they will accept any liability if it breaks down in a while.

Graphics cards are quite reliable. And, the thing is, if OP were buying something new/more powrful, then one might wonder why it's getting sold. A gtx 660 or 650 is probably getting sold because it shows it's age.

10 amps on the 12v rail? Yikes.

Sorry to say, but you're probably going to want a new power supply before you consider a video card upgrade. It's false advertising to call that supply a "450w" unit, when the rails suggest it puts out less power than a decent quality 200w unit.

New power supply? gosh how many things i have to upgrade to play battlefield 4 without lag?

okay i try to upgrady my PSU
any suggestion in PSU?
