help me upgrading gpu

Im using core 2 duo E7400 ,4GB DDR2 and VS550watt PSU i dont know if this the best for me.I planning to change R7 265 but if i change to R9 270X(i know its super bottlenecked) will i get better FPS for now? i planning to change new PC in 2016.I mean i will get better FPS with R9 270X or R7 265 for now with my Core 2 Duo E7400.This because i think if i get R9 270X i do not need a new GPU that time and its still can be use.If you think i should get R9 280 it seems cheaper than R7 270X.

Well,sure you will get more FPS but you won't get the full usage of your new GPU. My advise,invest in a better cpu and motherboard and ram,then buy them all in a row along with the GPU,this way you won't have to worry about anything. Hope i helped you
