I tried to restore my aceer aspire to clear glitches.Now it goes to black screen ,even after I tve tried f8 screen and it goes black.is theree anything I can do to fix this problem?

What are the specs? Have you noticed anything else weird happening? Does it make weird noises? Also, is this a laptop or a desktop? (not familiar with their brand names)
