Help me with my G3258

Hello everyone, i need some help with my G3258(4.1GHz, 1.200v). I have a Scythe katana 4 cooler on it, when i run prime 95, temperature raises up to 60-65 like in 1,2 seconds, when i stop prime 95 it drops to 35-40 as fast. When i play BF4 temp is around 55-60. Should i worry about it? By the way, the temps have never been over 65, even after 1 hour of prime95 and the cooler is seated properly, did it 2 times to make sure is okay.

65 degree temperature is OK!!!!!!! It's not overheating.......
The problem occurs when due to rise in temperature,PC shuts off

Okay, thanks for help, but is it normal to rise up 30 degrees in 1,2 seconds? Also dropping down as fast.

Good temps. Plenty of overhead. CPUs can heat up almost instantly.
