Guy’s, I have a question to ask, I’m interested in purchasing a laptop from bestbuy and provided following options based on my budget… The laptop I want to choose from are listed below… Which one is the best with pen support, maybe ram upgrade support as well.. Use for digital art programs such as photoshop, adobe fresco, clipstudio paint, krita, Chatgpt plus, google gemini..

Per my research, the memory on the Lenovo;

is soldered on, so no, you can't upgrade the ram on it unless you decide to spec it to the highest off of HP's purchase site which is 32GB.

The Dell;

is the only one with 2x ram slots but the maximum capacity is 16GB, meaning 2x8GB.

Either one will get the job done though you should look at the i7's or the Ultra 7's, not the 5's for your tasks.
