Help me with my Overwatch build

So I built a budget pc. My Apu from amd is bottlenecking my graphics card. when I open the amd overdrive, my graphics card is at 40% while my cpu is at 100%. Overwatch, which is the game I wanted to play the most runs at 22-10 frames at epic settings And it gets worse at low and mid settings. No config makes the game playable. Can you guys tell me how to solve this issue, A pc friend told me that I need to replace the apu with one that fits my graphics card. Can you guys point me to good cpu´s for my graphics card?
Here´s my specs.
GPU: Radeon R7 370 4GB
APU: A6 7400K
MOBO: A68HM-E
8GB OF RAM

In my opinion, if you are going to upgrade your cpu, you should also upgrade your motherboard too. Your mother board has a FM2+ socket, which only suits older cpus. Which components you choose to upgrade to are dependant on your budget.

Ok, so I upgrade the motherboard and get a good processor, can you point me to any good amd processors?
