Intel i3 4170
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB 1600 mHz
Asus nVidia Strix GTX 750 Ti
i want to use this pc for gaming

I think is good.
Your GPU is a little stronger than mine (GTX 750 2gb non ti) and with mine i was able to play GTA 5 on high (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxfJjs3FU28) and also, in 1366x768 hight settings, Assassin´s Creed Unity (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwJSZMFn4xI).

Until now i have no complaints with this card.

What are the other part you are buying ? And what is your budget ?

Looking at parts you listed i would rather go with X4 860k and better GPU
