help me with my pcq

Hi everyone, i have a case and it has 2 system fans and they both have 3 pins on them but my motherboard has spots for system fans but they all have 4 pins on them how can i get them to go on? plz help

You can plug a 3 pin fan into a 4 pin header, they will only fit one way to accept the proper pins.

its going pin to pin so nothing will fit
