Help me with my ram frequency

So I purchased an Apacer Blade 1x8GB 3000mhz from a friend.
I seated it into my mobo and it worked perfectly.

XMP1 Profile is 2800mhz
XMP2 Profile is 2933mhz

Is there anyway I can get to the published speed which is 3000mhz?
Or can i even reach 3200mhz?

2933 is published 3k you will not get higher than published.
