Question Row of USBs not working randomly

Hey guys, I have a ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI D4 and at some point the 3.0 row of USBs stopped working, I changed the cmos batter and it worked afterwards. When I had a power outage the same issues reoccurred and had to changed the cmos battery again. Another mention, after the power outage the PC started really slow, I mean I waited for the bios screen for 10/15 secs. I really don't know what can be the problem as the rest of the PC works normally, expect for that row of USBs.

When you say row, which row are you talking about, the ones on the back or the ones on the front? Along those lines, what BIOS version are you on? Have you tried manually reinstalling your chipset drivers for your motherboard?
