Question HELP ME WITH THIS SSD :<

i have a 480GB HIKVISSION SSD that frozed 4 days ago, tried to reformat it using bootable/windows reset, but every time i do, it keeps reverting to its old state, also tried formating it, file explorer, disk management, cmd, only to show the same result, then i tried this app "AOMEI Partition Assistant" it also did not work but now i cannot access my drive anymore, it only shows me a 100mb drive that i cannot access anymore, the disk management still shows that the drive is still on its previous state but now i cant access it.

any suggestion is highly appreciated. thank you so much!

It's dead. Seems it went into read only mode before it completely failed.

Agree with @bignastyid

Just as a bit of a last resort try using Powershell to take a look at the drive via Get-Disk and Get-PSDrive cmdlets.

There are other cmdlets that can be used to determine if any "life" remains.

Mostly depends on how much interest there is in taking a deeper look at it all.

If Get-Disk and Get-PSDrive fail then further effort will probably not prove helpful.
