What is the full system spec?

Win 8.1 has been corrupted i am trying to reinstall it
Motherboard:- dh61bf
Ram 6gb ddr3
Hdd 512gb seagate
Graphics card gt 610
Optical drive. Lg i dont know which model
Core pentium g2020

did you try others usb port on system and this keyboard could it be test somewhere else to made shure it is good .

The keyboard is working im sure about that
Its a software issue i dont think so plugging a usb keyboard would work
