I dont need the fastest PC nor a PC that will run everything on ultra at 120 frames per second.
If you would like to know what games I would play.
-CS:GO
-Overwatch
-Skyrim
-Mount and Blade: Warband
-Assassins Creen Black Flag
-Arma 3
-Squad

Also, I know that AMD CPUs would be better, but I didnt saw a PC with a Ryzen 5 1600 ( I was going to build a PC with that one), later I would try to see companies that build PCs with a part wanted by the customer.
And before people saying that there are better PCs to build myself with a better price buying the parts at amazon or whatever, I dont live in the USA, my country only allows 3 buys outside the country per year wihout having to pay extra for the item.

If you guys could help me. That would be great.
Thanks.

Your prices go from 1,000 to almost 3,000, you should pick a budget and check the Systems forums for some builds instead. If you are not looking at high settings in everything, you can get a pretty good computer that will be fine for years around $1,500 with excellent quality parts.
Performance wise, high to low 2,3,1,4

You can ignore 4,

For all games that you have mentioned at 1080p60 fps, pc 1 should be enough.

Pc2 and pc3 are for 1080p 144 or 1440p 60 fps, but if you intend to keep the pc for a few years, I think pc2 it’s better choice vs pc3.
