Question Help, Microsoft store, and other apps are gone after factory reset...

Recently I decided to factory reset my computer because it has been acting up lately, Factory reset resolved my issue but it managed to put errors on Microsoft apps.
Groove Music, Movies and tv, etc... All aren't on my PC, and if I find a shortcut to Microsoft store, it will tell me this, "You'll need to find a new app to open this ms-windows-store link."
