Help!!! Monitor displays red screen only

Dont know what happen to my last post, but it had no answers and now is gone.

I decided to clean out my pc, removed every component even mobo. Dusted everything and reassembled. Now when I boot all I get is a red screen. I don't even get to the bios, just a red screen, have tried dozens of times , twice I got a completely green screen and every other time it's been completely red. I've tried two different monitors, and both dvi

and hdmi cables.

System specs

A stock z77 extreme 4
Intel i5-3570k
8mb g.skill 1866

Please help I use this system for work and am screwed.

if your using onboard gpu and not a amd or nvidia gpu. power down and pull the plug from the wall and clear the cmos. then make sure your ram is locked in as the system if your using ipgpu uses system ram for video card.

also double check that the cpu is seated properly

Thanks for the replies guys. As for your suggestions I've tried those and more. I have no clue. I've reseated everything, rebuilt everything, cleared cmos a dozen times all with the same results
