Help! Monitor for this pc gaming!

Hello everyone , I need help in the purchase of a monitor because i am in total confusion.
This is my pc specs:
CPU: i5 6500
Scheda madre: Msi h170 gaming m3
RAM: corsair 2×4 gb ddr4
PSU: xfx ts 650 80+ gold
And then a future gtx 1070.
Budget 250/300 $
Now i need a 60hz or 144hz monitor?
I had seen a benq xl2411z.
