There is no power going to USB ports as far as I can tell, but gpu and cpu power along with psu fan

Well you video shows missing ram and missing HSF. System is not going run without them. But if it is the PSU problem like the link you showed, then it is a PSU problem.

I appreciate your confidence in my ability to troubleshoot. The issue started with EVERYTHING stock. My dog bumped into it, it froze, I was like whatever and took a shower. When I came back, once again everything was plugged in from when I was using it before, it would cycle so I started removing things 1 by 1 but I haven’t fucked with the psu.


And as you can see I don’t use this site often, evident by the fact Idk how to directly reply to you
