[SOLVED] Help - MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC USBs and Wifi not working

Just built a new PC - clean install of windows 10 - everything is running great.... except only 2 of my motherboards (MSI b450 Gaming pro Carbon AC) USB's work, the two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type A. The USB 2.0 Type As and the USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type A are not working.

The case has two USB 3.0's that I have plugged into the motherboard... but they don't seem to work either - except with my Blue Yeti Mic - for some reason.

The motherboard's wifi adapter is also not working. I understand I need to install drivers for this, but the fact that I cannot use my mouse and keybaord at the same time while having a Flashdrive plugged in is a bit tricky.

The only thread I found said to MFlash to original BIOS version.
I have M flashed to all 3 versions of the BIOS available for the motherboard but is has not helped.

Please, I have been trying to fix this for hours to no avail, and am on the verge of melting. Im not sure what is going on and am very confused - any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Here is a link to the thread I have found about this - but the solutions do not work.

Solution
It looks to me like a board issue. Can you return it, to be replaced? Another option would be to use a PCI e based USB adapter or an USB hub.

No those don't work either.

When I plug something into them there is a brief flash of power - my mouse lights up for a split second - but then it fades and does not return.

I got it off amazon so I am sure I'll be able to return it - but of annoying though. Hoping to find a solution as I have a project I need to finish this week.

Thanks for your help.
