Question Help! My Aero 15x v8 doesn't go back into Windows

My recently purchased Gigabyte Aero 15x v8 from Amazon UK won't go back into Windows (Windows 10 Pro), instead it keeps going into BIOS. The first time this happened I could go back into Windows once after clicking on ''discard changed and reset'' in the BIOS. However, after that it did go back again into BIOS, and since then hasn't gone back into Windows.

In the BIOS, the 512gb NVMe ssd inside this laptop does not show up, while it actually did once show up after I could not get back into Windows. That is the only storage drive in this laptop, so maybe it is faulty and the reason for causing this problem? Before this issue, regarding being unable to get back into Windows started, I got 2 blue screens with the same stop code, see attachment.

UPDATE 1: Tried to install Windows 10 instead from USB, but it wasn't detecting the ssd in the laptop when asking where to install Windows and only showed the USB drive. So that makes it really seem like the ssd in the laptop is busted, right? Image showing lack of ssd: ibb.co/mGBcBKk

Try to reset your laptop first, if you can. If that does not work out, you should contact gigabyte tech support, don't replace any hardware, in case you will void the warranty.

How to restore a Windows 10 laptop to factory setting.

Thanks for the quick response, however I cannot access Windows (which is the main issue here) so I cannot reset it like in the video. Contacting them seems like a smart move, I will do that. Thanks. Hopefully it just won't take months to fix it

Having the same issue mate, when I bought the laptop I bought a second ssd, 970 evo plus 1tb and as of right now I only can log to windows if both ssd is plugged in, even if the one that came with the laptop is not accessible by windows. Weird problem, hopefully we can find an answer asap.
