Help!!!! My Display Cuts off weirdly

Recently I play a round of BF4 and I keep dying! By the feeling of rage as a gamer I smack the monitor and it create this problem:I have an LG W1953 monitor with GT 430 GPU and I have black bars not surrounding it but on the bottom and right handed side of the screen it's bugging me A LOT! so, could you help me? I have windows 8.1

I assume the bars appeard after you hit the monitor, you have damaged the LCD crystals in the display. There is no fix for this other than buying a new monitor. If you are handy with electronics you may be able to buy a new LCD panel and replace it, it could work out cheaper but it does require a bit of skill to do.

it's actually just my setting in the monitor that I accidentally press! Silly me!
