[SOLVED] Help --- my laptop screen is not turning on when I start my laptop ?

Hi so in this morning i tried to start my laptop but the screen wasn't working at all but my laptop did start . Idk why this happened. I didn't drop it and the backlight is ok because i used my phone's flashlight to see if something displays but nothing. My laptop: Acer A515- 51G 500Z

When you say the laptop started, what does that mean? You just see the power light on and it stays on? If you use an external monitor and use the function keys to swap to that do you get an image? If you check your router for connected devices can you ping the IP of the laptop that is assigned to it ?
