Question Help My PC shuts down after like 30 sec in BIOS

Need help guys! I recently built a PC. It turns off fine showing CPU temp of 20C, all the fans are working, While in the BIOS it was asking for date and it shows my CPU and RAM but after 30 sec it shuts down.

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
CPU Cooler: Kraken Elite RGB 360
MB: AS rock x870 steel legend wifi
PSU: MSI MPG 1000w
GPU: Gigabyte Aero 4080s
Storage: Samsung evo plus 2 TB

MB: AS rock steel legend wifi
ASRock is the brand of the motherboard while, Steel Legend WiFi is the series off of which the board comes from. You will need to specify the model of your motherboard.

How are you cooling the processor?

It is a x870 steel legend wifi, CPU is ryzen 7 9800x3d w/ kraken elite rgb, sorry i forgot to include.

Either you forgot to connect the power to the pump of the cooler, forgot to remove the sticker from the bottom, or have the cooler installed wrong, either not tight enough or too tight. That behavior is indication of a CPU overheating.

I had it happen when I first tried installing an AIO on the AM4 build I had. I overtightened the screws, causing a bend in the board, so the cooler was making poor contact.
